Cosmic Healing 1 & 2

Week 4 July 31st- August 3rd

Cosmic Healing I is a practice of channelling pure cosmic Qi for healing. The experience with healing energy can give you a feeling of energetic buoyancy, recharging you with pure Cosmic Qi

You’ll learn how to:

  • Channel energy to heal the body - on yourself first and then learning how to heal others
  • Project Qi to detoxify and rejuvenate major organ systems
  • Root sick energy into the earth and disperse it into the Universe to be decomposed and recycled by the planets.

Cosmic Healing Qigong 1 and 2  ::: Taoist Shamanism and Astral Healing :::

Connect your own Qi potential with the planetary vibrations of our universe! In our time many people hardly have enough energy to keep up in the world. Cosmic Healing is a method that has been largely unknown in the West up to now. It opens a way of absorbing cosmic energy, storing it and using it for health and long life – for oneself and for others. By activating hands, meridians and acupuncture points, vitalising forces flow into and through our entire body. This prevents the exhaustion of one’s own energy resources and provides fresh energy.

Through the inner preparation of the practitioner with the basic exercises and especially the techniques of Cosmic Healing, the practitioner’s spiritual, mental dispositions are trained. The Taoist health system is largely based on the elements and roots of Classical and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Like all methods handed down in Taoist tradition, Cosmic Healing is not based on a belief system, but the values and emphases are meant to be ‘experienced’ by everyone.

Day 1

Cosmic Healing 1 is usually taught by Mantak Chia in a 4-day course, so this is a summary to prepare you for Cosmic Healing 2. You will learn to connect your internal Energy-Qi-System with the 8 Forces and the comprehensive Source of the Universe. As direct preparation for Cosmic Healing 2  the exercises with different Qi colours and Qi qualities are repeated and practised. Cosmic Healing derives at its core from “Taoist Shamanism”. Learn to protect yourself and transform the emotions of others into useful energies.

Day 2,3 and 4

Cosmic Healing  2 – Astral Healing

The focus of this Taoist practice is on creating a balanced, healthy and strong physical body in order to become one with the cosmos again. Cosmic Healing practice leads into a process of subsequent energy transformations, awareness of one’s own energetic nature and physical preparation to open our body energy system to the frequencies of cosmic and planetary vibrations. Defined areas of our skull plates and spine are connected to different, planetary vibrations and can thus be conducted into the physical body. The Chinese system of the 5 elements with its 12 meridians and 8 vessels is flooded, charged and flushed, so to speak. This neo-shamanistic system does so entirely without mysticism and is designed for direct personal experience. The practices presented by Grandmaster Chia have been successfully passed on by Taoist masters to individual selected students over thousands of years. We use our mind to project a pattern of energy into the universe, tap into its powers and channel that energy back into our bodies. With mind and hands, each of us can immerse ourselves in the limitless energy of the cosmos. A very special attraction of this rarely taught exercise practice is that it can be practised by both beginners and advanced Qigong practitioners and benefits both equally.

Conclusion: As a child, we look outside. Later we discover the Qigong-View and understand looking inside. With this knowledge we can guide supporting energy from the universe inside – one of the Golden Flowers of Inner Alchemy.

Chi Nei Tsang I - Internal Organ Massage

Week 5 August 7th – 10th

Chi Nei Tsang is a Taoist organ detox massage, with a focus on the abdominal area. It’s famous for its exceptional effectiveness and immediate benefits - one of the most powerful treatment modalities available.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Release and clear blockages, toxins, excessive heat and negative emotions deep within
  • Release long-held stress in the body for optimum vitality
  • Strengthen the immune system.

Background

The Taoist sages of ancient China observed that humans often develop energy blockages in their internal organs that result in knots and tangles in their abdomens. These obstructions occur at the center of the body’s vital functions and constrict the flow of Qi (energy), our life force. The negative emotions of fear, anger, anxiety, depression, and worry cause the most damage. Problems can also be caused by overwork, stress, accidents, surgery, drugs, toxins, poor food and bad posture.

When obstructed the internal organs store unhealthy energies that can overflow into other bodily systems and surface as negative emotions and sickness. Always in search of an outlet, these negative emotions and toxic energies create a perpetual cycle of negativity and stress. If the negative emotions can’t find an outlet, they fester in the organs or move into the abdomen, the body’s “garbage dump.” The abdomen can process some emotional garbage, but more often it can’t keep up with the flow. The energetic center of the body located at the navel becomes congested and cut off from the rest of the body.

Chi Nei Tsang is a Method to Clear Blocked Energy

Most maladies can be healed once the underlying toxins and negative forces are released from the body. The art of Chi Nei Tsang clears out the toxins, bad emotions, and excessive heat or heat deficiencies that cause the organs to malfunction. It is a deeply transforming treatment that can get to the root of issues and the benefits are long lasting.

Chi Nei Tsang takes a unique approach to healing in that the person giving Chi Nei Tsang educates the person receiving it. A CNT practitioner will teach them Universal Tao self-healing practices to improve and maintain their organ health.

Chi Nei Tsang is the most comprehensive approach to energizing, strengthening, and detoxifying the internal body system.

Who needs CNT?

Everyone.

Most people have experienced a time in their life when their Qi has been blocked.  Infants experience blocked Qi as Colic. Children experience blocked Qi as illness or tummy aches.  Teens frequently hold excess toxins and negative emotions from hormone imbalances and/or poor eating habits, which may occur as acne. Any adult who experiences stress, worry, or anxiety without consciously relieving the excess negativity will benefit from CNT.

Can I learn Chi Nei Tsang to help my family and friends?

Absolutely.

This is a great tool to help family and friends. Some people also take this as a professional course and get certified following completing a number of case studies.

Chi Nei Tsang II - Chasing the Winds

Week 6 August 21st – 24th

Advance with Chi Nei Tsang 2 which makes great use of the elbow technique working mainly with the trapped winds of the body. This eliminates blockages of Qi in the body and improves lymphatic and blood flow.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Chase the 10 winds, discharging them from the body
  • Activate the acupressure points and pulse points
  • Project good Qi into the vital organs and glands

Chi Nei Tsang II is one of the most profound therapeutic massage forms found in classical Chinese and Thai Medicine. Chi Nei Tsang practitioners assist those they work with in maintaining their health through tissue and organ massage and wind release techniques. It is essentially a facilitated form of self-care since the highest form of its practice is teaching people to maintain their health and optimize their energy. The final goal is to allow people to set themselves free physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Negative and sick energies affect the physical body, which are sometimes called ‘winds’. The greater part of all disciplines of Chinese and Thai Medicine involves treatments to neutralise the destructive power of these sick and destructive energies. If properly addressed, the destructive impact of these immaterial and invisible wind forces can be avoided and considerable harm prevented. Another important part of the procedure is to teach students to sense and release the winds by themselves through healing exercises, meditations and self- massage techniques.

The highly effective Chi Nei Tsang II techniques for mastering the winds are the subject of this workshop. This advanced practice deals with the winds in the body, their blockages and the ways to release them. In this way you are able to assist students with chronic and acute challenges in internal tissues, organs and energy systems improving and restoring their health.

Please Note: Participation in CNT 1 is a prerequisite to do CNT 2

BONUS: Golden Elixir Qigong

Chi Nei Tsang III (Tok Sen) & Chi Nei Tsang IV (Karsai Massage)

Week 7 August 28th – 31st

Tok Sen is performed with the use of wooden tools that create resonance and vibration for healing. It is a muscle- tendon- meridian massage. Karsai is a medical genital massage to improve sexual organ health and overall wellbeing.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Use mechanical and sound vibrations to work on fascial and muscular tissues
  • Open the body's meridian lines to facilitate the movement of Qi
  • Give a genital massage to release accumulated toxins, remove congestion and improve blood flow

CNT 3 – Tok Sen:

Tok Sen is a unique healing modality found only in the Lanna region of Thailand—the area around Chiang Mai in the north. The practice uses wooden tools that send mechanical and sound vibrations deep into the fascia, tendons, and muscles to clear blocked energy from the channels in the body. “Tok” means to “clear” or “take off,” while “Sen” denotes the energy lines. Tok Sen is thought to date back over five thousand years, developing in Thailand while acupuncture developed in China. Tok Sen helps to improve energy flow, relieve aching muscles, and maintain healthy tendons.

While Western anatomy maps the physical structures of tendon, muscle, and connective tissue, it is the Thai anatomy of Sen lines and the Chinese tendinomuscular meridians that relate these structures to specific signs of health and dysfunction. It is these lines and meridians that allow the skilled practitioner to turn a muscle massage into a medical treatment.

CNT 4 Kar Sai

Our sexual organs play a major role in our physical, emotional, and spiritual health – we need arousing, orgasmic energy for the healthy functioning of our beings. When the genitals suffer from blockages, the Jing Qi (sexual Qi) is not free to circulate through the body, which is then deprived of this powerful healing energy.

Karsai Nei Tsang is the practice of caring for our genitals and sexual organs, which we have neglected for far too long. The word karsai means “sedimentation in the veins” which is a common cause of blockage in the body. Many different types of blockages occur in all parts of the body; they can come from the aging process, emotional and physical traumas, toxins, heavy metals, air pollution, poor nutrition, pesticides in our food, polluted water or too much stress.

Karsai Nei Tsang focuses on the blockages in the genital area, especially those that take the form of sedimentation in the blood vessels. In order to have healthy, functioning genitals we need a rich supply of blood flow to and from them. When this blood flow becomes blocked with crystal-like sedimentation and fatty deposits, our sexual arousal response is greatly affected. With poor blood flow to the genital area, men will have difficulty getting and maintaining good erections, while women will have difficulty producing adequate sexual fluids, and getting the proper engorgement of the labia and clitoris. Karsai Nei Tsang releases the blockages and sedimentation that cause poor blood flow to these areas so that men and women can regain healthy sexual function.

Another important benefit of Karsai Nei Tsang is improved hormonal balance: when the circulatory flow in the genital area increases, hormones are more easily released. A healthy balance of hormones in turn stimulates sexual and brain functioning. When we have healthy hormonal function we are given some protection against many age-related problems such as memory loss, back pain, poor circulation, decreased libido, and problems associated with menopause.

The Karsai Nei Tsang practitioner uses a sensitive touch with deep, direct pressure and small circular massage movements to dissolve sedimentation in the circulatory system, release toxicity from the organs, and assist the student in letting go of any past emotional blockages held in this area.

Karsai Nei Tsang addresses common problems associated with our sexual organs, such as impotence, frequent and difficult urination, painful menstruation, painful intercourse, and low sexual libido. It is also quite effective in alleviating lower back pain, improving the body’s alignment, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, and increasing general vitality.

Please Note: Participation in Chi Nei Tsang 1 is a prerequisite to do Chi Nei Tsang 3 & 4
