Courses description

Week 1
Advanced Inner Alchemy Level Basics

Inner Smile: Use the power of smiling to activate the relaxation response in the parasympathetic nervous system. Get rid of the negative emotion and rebalance the positive emotion. When we learn to smile to the negative and make friends with it, we can find a way to live in harmony together and enhance our health. Transforming negative emotional energy patterns into the positive components in the organs helps to reprogram the genes and DNA.

Six Healing Sounds: Each organ stores parts of the primordial force and negative and positive emotions. One part of the negative needs ten parts of the positive to balance it. With the special sound for each of the organs, the special healing color, positive emotion and special position for each sound—these will help to restore you back to good health and will help with the connection to the primordial force. The healing sounds practice will help to reprogram the cells so that when the cells split, the old negative information will not be copied to the next cells.

Microcosmic Orbit: Opening chi (body's life force energy) flow in the energy pathways from the perineum (area between sexual organs and anus) up the spine, through the head and back down the front side of the orbit will help to activate the orbiting of forces of the solar system and the universe. This will help draw in more primordial force from the earth through the soles of the feet up to the spine and from the universe in through the crown to combine in the lower Tan Tien (abdominal area), the heart and the brain.

Cosmic Primordial Qigong is an internal, moving form that harnesses the energies of the tangible Earth (yin) and the intangible Celestial (Yang) force, along with the forces from all directions. It’s traditional name is “wuji gong” which translates as “develops skills for entering the Supreme Mystery.” It puts a deep emphasis on spiritual connections and is uniquely powerful.

Week 2
Advanced Inner Sexual Alchemy & Iron Shirt Qigong 1

Sexual energy provides an extremely powerful means for rejuvenation and accessing a higher spiritual energy. Master Chia unveils how to recycle your life-essence in order to increase longevity, improve your quality of life and love-making. This loving energy really heals and can be multiplied. Sexual organs and the kidneys store part of the Jing, the essence of the primordial force. Learn how to conserve and store it. More sexual energy will help to attract and multiply the primordial chi. Men learn how to control ejaculation and to transform the sexual energy into chi (life force) and then transform it up to spirit force. Women learn how to control menstruation and transform the blood into chi and likewise transform it up to spirit force. Eventually, there will be less blood lost and more will be converted into chi.

Couples will find and increase their sexual energy potential, and deepen their physical compatibility, as well as develop an ecstatic form of acupressure. Sexuality taught as a way for health and healing, spiritual growth and longevity

Iron Shirt I is a transformative practice that strengthens the internal organs, and unifies physical, mental and spiritual health. It is one of the most important practices to master on the physical plane. It gives stability on all planes by rooting and connecting you to the Earth energy. It allows you to release your stagnant energy and, receive and store energy for use in higher level spiritual practices. Once an ancient martial art, now a health practice - it allows you to develop internal power through external techniques.

Week 3
Fusion of the Five Elements 1, Tan Tien Chi Kung & Tao Yin

The Fusion of the 5 Elements Meditation is the next step on the path of Taoist meditation. A traditional Taoist internal alchemy practice, you will learn to take your transformation of negative emotions to the next level to nourish your higher spirit.

Tan Tien Chi Kung: Cultivate and condense chi in the lower tan tien. Pack chi power in all 9 areas of the tan tien and the associated organs, kuas, tendons and ligaments using the Dragon and Tiger Breath and 11 animal exercise postures.

Tao Yin: A Taoist yoga that stimulates chi flow in meridians (chi pathways delineated in Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture maps of the energy body) affected by each exercise. Coordinate deep breathing, chi, mind and body for deep sensing. Be more relaxed and refreshed. Induce elasticity of tendons, ligaments and associated muscles. Condition the spine, psoas muscles and patterns of movement for health and inner development.

Week 4
Cosmic Healing and Buddha Palm

Is a basic practices for general healing sessions with specific light energies of channeling pure Cosmic Chi for healing. Master Chia will teach how to channel energy for healing the body and through working with a partner, how to heal ourselves and others. The healing energy experience gives the students a feeling of energy buoyancy, recharging them with pure Cosmic Chi.

Learn how to project Chi through the space in the cosmos, the space between your hands and to project Chi through the space to your students to detoxify and rejuvenate the major organ systems and, when combined with specific body positions and the chi kung stance, to heal others. The procedure for creating healing ‘chi' water by changing the water's structure with one's mind-eye-heart power and primordial force is also taught.

You will learn to ground the sick energy to the earth & to disperse it into the Universe to be decomposed and recycled by the planets.

Week 5
Chi Nei Tsang I Internal Organ Massage

Taoist sages observed that humans often develop energy blockages in and around their internal organs that result in knots and tangles in the abdomen. Chi Nei Tsang I: Is the most powerful massage therapy for deep organ detoxification. It removes physical and emotional blockages to return body systems to healthy functioning. Each organ contains part of the primordial force. When an organ's accumulated negative emotions and toxins are released, the organ can more effectively draw in the primordial force and regenerate itself. These can constrict the flow of chi, eventually resulting in physical ailments. Learn to release and clear blockages, toxins, excessive heat and negative emotions. Participants may qualify to enter a program leading to certification through submission of practice case studies.

Week 6
Chi Nei Tsang II Chasing the winds

Advanced Chi Nei Tsang II uses the Elbow Technique, working primarily with the trapped winds of the body. These can become sick or evil winds which can lead to heart attack if not released.

You will learn about the Ten Winds, how to chase and discharge them from the body and how to inject good Chi back into the vital organs and glands.

Week 7
Chi Nei Tsang III Tok Sen, CNT IV Karsai Massage,Chi Nei Tsang V

Chi Nei Tsang III is the fourth section of the Chi Nei Tsang series and it is the final part of the Chi Nei Tsang Internal Massage. Throughout the massage sections in this course you will use the hand techniques (finger presser, twisting & spiraling, hand scooping & wave techniques) used in Chi Nei Tsang I to open up and release the blockages in your body. Chi Nei Tsang IV reveals that blood and Qi often flow side by side throughout the body. Areas of slow or congested circulation lead to blockages in the flow of vital energy and toxin accumulation in the body.  You will learn the practice of Chi Nei Tsang V Life Pulse Massage to clear the blockages, revitalizing cardiovascular function, detoxifying the organs, and restoring the flow of blood and chi throughout the body.
