About Mantak Chia

Grandmaster Mantak Chia is a living legend in the world of Taoist energy arts.
For nearly 50 years, he has been teaching people how to awaken their inner healing power and cultivate physical, emotional, and spiritual balance using ancient Taoist practices adapted for modern life. He is the founder of the Universal Healing Tao® System, a globally recognized path of internal alchemy, Qigong, and meditation.

Global Recognition

He is the only Qigong Master ever awarded “Qigong Master of the Year” twice by the International Congress of Chinese Medicine and Qi Gong. His teachings have reached millions of students across 50+ countries, and his work has been translated into more than 30 languages.

Author of Over 60 Books

Master Chia has written more than 60 books on topics such as inner alchemy, Taoist sexuality, healing energy, and spiritual cultivation. His writings are widely regarded as the most comprehensive body of Taoist knowledge available to the public.

Energy Transmission & Transformational Presence

Practicing with Master Chia is unlike any other experience. His direct energy transmissions activate the flow of Qi (Life – force) within students, often resulting in deep emotional release, spontaneous healing, and visionary states. Many report seeing the Primordial Violet Light, a key Taoist symbol of transformation, during his sessions.

Studying program

🌀 Module 1: Breathwork, Tao Yin & Golden Elixir + Energy Transmission (5-10 June)

Key Practices:

  • — Taoist Breathwork for emotional release and Qi activation
  • — Tao Yin (Taoist Yoga) for flexibility and spinal health
  • — Golden Elixir Qigong: activate life essence through saliva & senses

  • 26 UHT Cerification Hours (morning qigong + evening session + workshops + review class)

Breathwork (2-Day Workshop)
Learn mindful, conscious breathing techniques focusing on the lower abdomen, diaphragm, lungs, and perineum. These practices help balance emotions, connect mind and body, boost energy, and improve overall health. Grandmaster Mantak Chia will explain the theory behind each technique and guide you in hands-on practice.

Tao Yin
Often called “Chinese yoga,” Tao Yin involves seated or lying exercises that improve alignment, recondition the spine, and enhance Qi flow. This increases flexibility in tendons and the psoas muscle, helping rejuvenate the body and support better movement patterns.

Golden Elixir Qigong
Tap into the healing power of the “elixir” — a mix of saliva, hormones, and external essences. Through breathwork, swallowing saliva, and techniques like Five Finger Gongfu, you’ll strengthen the physical body and develop internal power. Hair breathing practices let you draw in universal energy, acting like “antennas” connecting you to nature.

🛡 Module 2: Iron Shirt Qigong I, II & III (12–15 June)

Key Practices:

  • — Iron Shirt I: grounding and energetic armor
  • — Iron Shirt II: tendon strength and energy storage
  • — Bone Marrow Nei Gong: rejuvenate bone marrow and immune system

  • 20 UHT Cerification Hours (morning qigong + evening session + workshops + review class)

Iron Shirt I
One of the most important foundational practices for grounding. It strengthens internal organs, connects you to the Earth’s energy, and unifies physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Iron Shirt II
Develop strong, supple tendons — the true source of long-lasting strength. Opening joints and building tendon power allows more space to store and transform raw energy into creative and spiritual energy.

Bone Marrow Nei Gong (Iron Shirt III)
An advanced alchemy practice that regenerates bone marrow and boosts immunity. By breathing into your bones and cultivating sexual energy, you nourish the glands, slow aging, and enhance overall vitality. This module includes a sexual energy massage and chi weight lifting for deep internal strengthening.
