More than 30 days before the workshop start date: 100% refund of the workshop fee
Between 30 and 14 days before the workshop start date: 50% refund of the workshop fee
Less than 14 days before the workshop start date: Non-refundable

Live Online Events

Before Event Starts:
– Full refund available if requested before the event begins

After Event Starts:
– No refunds available once the event has commenced
– Store credit may be considered for serious circumstances (medical emergency, family emergency)
– Credit must be used within 30 days of issuance

Pre-recorded Workshops and Self-Paced Courses

– Full refund available

After 72 Hours:
– No cash refunds available
