About Chi Nei Tsang Retreat
This retreat is designed as a progressive Taoist healing training focused on the Chi Nei Tsang system. The program follows a clear therapeutic path – from developing abdominal sensitivity and foundational organ work in CNT I, to releasing deep stagnation and “Chasing the Winds” in CNT II, and finally expanding into full musculo-tendon vibrational therapy through Tok Sen in CNT III.
The training is practical and hands-on. You will work directly with structured Chi Nei Tsang techniques – activating the Healing Hands and Magnetic Tan Tien, opening the Eight Wind Gates, assessing abdominal pulses, releasing congestion in the intestines and diaphragm, and restoring circulation of Qi and blood.
Each level deepens precision and therapeutic capacity. First, you learn to release abdominal blockages and restore organ function. Then you develop deeper techniques to discharge trapped wind and stagnation in tissues. Finally, you expand into vibrational Tok Sen methods to release structural tension in muscles, tendons, and energy lines.
By the end of the retreat, you establish a solid technical foundation in the Chi Nei Tsang system – developing sensitivity, structural understanding, and the ability to work safely and effectively within the Universal Healing Tao healing framework.
