Basic Practice I
In order to activate primal power we need to cleanse the organs and learn the basics and grounding. The most powerful force available to support us is the primal power of the earth. The Taoist method involves Yin/Yang, acid and base pH balance. It’s also a balance between negativity and positivity – we don’t view negativity as sin.
